Do you have questions about your purchase of photo, video or canvas print products? Did you forget to pick up your purchase, or find that you’re missing images? Or are you having other types of trouble viewing your photos? Fill in the form below and we can help you.
Please read the following before filling out the form:
- Photos are only available for purchase while on board.
- Due to the high volume of photos taken the files are deleted soon after each cruise.
- If you purchased a USB and are missing specific digital images, please provide the complete JPG information, which can be found on the back of the photo.
- Dreams Studio and Wedding photo packages are not available for purchase post-cruise.
- If you ordered metal pictures and have not received your order, please fill out the form below.
- In the event that your purchased drone malfunctions, please contact Parrot technical support for troubleshooting or unit replacement.
- In the event that you need assistance with a camera you purchased aboard the ship, please contact the camera's manufacturer.
- If you are having trouble redeeming a Shutterfly promotion, either because of technical difficulties with Shutterfly’s website or issues with the promo code, please contact Shutterfly at 1-888-225-7159.
