Sailing on the Siamese Junk Boat: Board the “Samur”, an authentic Siamese junk boat, hand carved with legends of fantasy and full of superstition. During your sail to Klein Bonaire, the captain will teach you about the reef and the vessel. On your return, sip on rum punch, juice and soft drinks. Relax and enjoy the stunning island views or check the fish identification cards to find the marine life you saw during your snorkeling experience.
No Name Beach: Enjoy free time on a secluded, sandy beach for a paradise experience with easy access to the water. The “Samur” crew will be on hand to help you find a great spot to swim or snorkel.
Snorkel Bonaire National Marine Park: Embark on a guided snorkel from the beach, in the oldest marine reserve in the world. Let the light current guide you as you snorkel back to the beach along the reef edge. This unique underwater world is full of colorful marine life such as parrotfish, angelfish, rays, damsel fish and turtles.
What’s Included:
Requirements & Restrictions: Minimum age – 6 years. Maximum weight limit – 280 lbs. For safety reasons, pregnant women and guests with hip, back or neck injuries, high blood pressure or heart conditions may not participate on this excursion. Guests must be able to take a few steps/climb to board the boat.
What to Bring: Wear swimwear under lightweight clothes, beach towel and sun protection.
Good to Know: There is a restroom on board the Samur. Snorkel vest is provided and mandatory to wear. You will be transferred by zodiac boat to board the Samur and to the beach. During sailing there is no sunshade available and very limited shade on the beach. Alcoholic beverages are only available after snorkeling and swimming.
