Accessibility: Tour is not wheelchair accessible. Guests must be able to walk at uneven ground, as well as walk uphill and downhill to access the marina and board the lake-boats.

Good to Know: Sightings of vessels transiting the Panama Canal cannot be guaranteed. The Embera Indian tribe will appear in their local attire, which may involve more minimal clothing. This excursion involves considerable walking. Most of the tour takes place in the rainforest, but wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Buses do not have restroom facilities. Restrooms are available at the Jungle Eco Lodge.
