    Discovery Center: Start your journey with a two-hour drive to Gros Morne Discovery Center. Get acquainted with the local landscape through interactive exhibits and an art gallery. Browse through the gift shop and take photos from the viewing deck.

    Hike: Go on a Tablelands hike and walk to the top of the bottom of the Earth! Discover orange rocks from the middle layer of the Earth, pushed into place here as the continents collided almost half a billion years ago. This barren landscape is one of the best examples of the Earth's mantle – exposed essentially in its completely naked state.
