Requirements & Restrictions: Minimum height for water slides - 48 in. Maximum weight for water slides -- 300 lbs. Maximum age - 75 years. For safety reasons, pregnant women, guests with asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, or other heart or respiratory conditions including neck or back problems, and recent surgeries are not eligible to participate within the water park activities.

What to Bring: Bring a beach towel and insect repellent. Cash or credit card for purchases.

Good to Know: Children 5 and under are free. Lockers are available at an additional cost. Presence of seaweed in the Mexican Caribbean coast is seasonal. It might be present in the water during the portion of the tour and could cause limited visibility. Guests can stay longer at the beach and return at leisure by paying for a taxi.
