Accessibility: The cenote is not wheelchair accessible. For safety reasons, guests with limited or no vision may not participate in this excursion, while guests with limited or no hearing can participate.

Requirements & Restrictions: Minimum age – 6 years. Expecting mothers should consider the activity carefully due to ladder access and group swimming. For safety reasons, guests with recent surgeries or heart or respiratory conditions are not recommended to participate. Guests must be physically fit and know how to swim. Life jackets are mandatory.
