Accessibility: The ruins and the cenote are not wheelchair accessible. There is a considerable walking distance over uneven and rocky surfaces. For safety reasons, guests with limited or no vision may not participate on this excursion, while guests with limited or no hearing can participate.

Requirements & Restrictions: Minimum age – 6 years. Pregnant guests should consider the activity carefully due to ladder access and group swimming. For safety reasons, guests with recent surgeries, or heart or respiratory conditions are not recommended to participate. Guests must be physically fit and know how to swim. Life jackets are mandatory.

What to Bring: Water shoes, insect repellant, hat and sunglasses, swimwear, beach towel, and cash and/or credit card for additional purchases.
