You will also learn how to complement each spirit with Mexican elements like cocoa, citrus, Chapulin (yep, crickets), salt, worm salt, and marinated baked Chapulines with chilies.

Mezcal Tasting: Taste two kinds of Mezcal and savor its distinctively smoky flavor. It is often sipped with salt and fruit. Compare their unique flavors and aromas during this tasting experience.

Tequila Tasting: Sample two types of tequila, considered Mexico’s national drink and has long played an important role in Mexican culture. While its origins date back to the mid-16th century, tequila only gained widespread popularity after the Mexican Revolution.

Margarita Time: Enter a speakeasy bar to enjoy a delicious margarita made with authentic tequila.

Free Time: During your free time, visit the vineyard’s restaurant offering a selection of fresh seafood, gourmet tacos and other Mexican specialties. You’ll also have the chance to shop for some of the tequilas and mezcals you tasted before returning to your ship.
