Most Carnival guests are aware that behind the scenes of their cruise vacation there’s a bustle of activity to deliver fun memorable experiences, but few have gotten an up-close look at these inner workings. Experience an array of “back of house” areas that are vital to a ship’s daily operations on our Behind the Fun Accessible Tour!

Explore beyond the public areas with visits to the ship’s bridge, staff dining areas, and other spaces for a rare insider’s view of many areas typically seen only by the ship’s crew. Your tour will end after a video is shown of additional areas that are inaccessible to those using mobility devices and a Q&A session where you may ask questions you have always been curious about.

The tour is extremely exclusive, offered only once during the cruise, on a sea day and is limited to only 16 participants. Led by our onboard Engagement Specialist accompanied by a member of our security team, you'll get to visit sensitive areas operated at elevated security levels. Tour participants will also be able to meet and interact with shipboard staff while visiting the different areas.

NOTES

• This tour is fully accessible and therefore does not require a companion to assist you during the tour. If you would like a friend or family member to join you on the Behind the Fun Tour, they must purchase a ticket. Every guest must have a valid ticket to join the tour. 
• Tour happens on the last sea day of your voyage. If there is only one sea day on your voyage, your tour will take place on that day.
• Please stop by the Carnival Adventures desk to collect your tickets.
• This tour is intended for guests with mobility disabilities. By purchasing Behind the Fun Accessible, you are attesting that you or someone in your party requires accessible tour due to a mobility disability. Falsification of your attestation can result in cancellation without a refund.
• Behind the Fun tour includes a few areas that are accessible only by stairs. As a result, these specific areas will be included in the video at the end of the Behind the Fun Accessible tour along with a Q&A session.
• For security reasons, no cameras, recording devices of any kind or cell phones are permitted on the tour.
• No bathing attire or skirts are permitted.
• Minimum age for tour is 8 years. Any guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
• The total tour, including check-in process, lasts approximately 2 hours but can vary by ship due to size of vessel.
