Seven Fathoms Distillery: At Seven Fathoms Distillery, rum has been aged underwater at a depth of 42 ft., or seven fathoms. Learn how the gentle motion of the waves and the alternating pressure of the water during the rising and ebbing tides helps push Seven Fathoms Rum deep into the pores of the oak barrels. This process extracts all the rich oak and bourbon favors from the wood, which creates a complex rum with extraordinary depth of character and flavor. You will sample the many different flavors during your visit.
