Boat Ride: An incredible adventure awaits as you board a 36-passenger boat and head towards Neets Bay Bear Observatory. This pristine wilderness area is only open to a select number of visitors each year, and you’ll have the privilege of being among them. On your journey, you may have the opportunity to observe whales, eagles, sea lions and other fascinating wildlife!

Bear Encounter: Explore the lush forests of Southeast Alaska that brown and black bears call home. Walk along a well-maintained forest trail that leads to a viewing platform near salmon spawning streams. Along the way, you may also have the chance to spot smaller woodland creatures. Once you reach the viewing platform, you may be able to observe the bears in their natural habitat, potentially seeing them teach their young to fish or relaxing after a big meal of fresh pink salmon.
