Head to the most popular touristic destination of the country, Bavaro. Upon arrival at the remote ranch, it is time to get comfy in your buggy. Go roaring through remote farmland, passing palm trees and tobacco plantations with the Oriental mountain range deep in the background. These narrow, secluded country roads shelter deep pools of mud that you'll go bursting through again and again. Stop at a typical country plantation at the ranch for a short intro to some of the Dominican Republic's most recognizable natural produce: cacao, coffee, and tobacco. Enjoy an original presentation of a Taino show, the first inhabitants of the Island. Descend into a cool, dark cave with a calm subterranean lagoon perfect for swimming. Take a dip and wash off some of that muck before returning to the pier.
Good to Know: A valid driver´s license is required. Minimum occupancy is two persons per buggy. Driving time will be shared between eligible guests. Bus drive to the location is approximately one and a half hour each way.
