Accessibility: This is an active excursion and guests must be physically fit in order to participate. This tour travels steep, unpaved, and uneven paths. Not recommended for guests with mobility difficulties.

What to Bring: Wear comfortable, casual outdoor wear and sturdy walking shoes or hiking boots. Bring a light jacket or windbreaker.

Good to Know: Includes a traditional Japanese lunch -- Kamuibanya or similar option. It is approximately a 30-minutes hike (one way) from the parking lot to the lighthouse over undulating ground. Sea urchin might not be available for lunch, depending on season & weather. If so, alternative seafood dishes will be served. Passengers with seafood allergies or vegetarian diets, please be advised that there are no alternatives for lunch other than seafood. The hiking tour might be cancelled due to bad weather conditions. If the gate closes when weather is bad, the itinerary will deviate to enjoy the view from a small hill near the parking lot, overlooking the Kamui Cape and the Kamui Coast and then take photo stop at Shimamui Beach. Tour order may vary.
