Progreso with Local Expert & Malecon Walking Tour

Sightseeing Experience: Board an open bus for a narrated tour by a knowledgeable local guide. Your first stop will be the city town square, followed by a visit to the Sea Men Memorial—a poignant tribute to those lost at sea. Learn about the fascinating history of these places as you soak in the sights and stories.

Walking Tour: After the picturesque drive, you’ll be dropped off at El Malecon, the vibrant waterfront promenade. Your guide will accompany you to the main points of interest, ensuring plenty of opportunities for incredible photos. After approximately 45 minutes, your local expert guide will bid you farewell, giving you the freedom to explore further, indulge in shopping, or make your way back to your cruise ship.

Drop Off: Your adventure will end at the beach club, where you will have the option of taking the shuttle back to the ship or staying on the beach at your own expense.
