You focus on your vacation and we’ll keep our eyes on the road. Take advantage of our transportation service from San Francisco International Airport to Port San Francisco on the day of embarkation. Guests may purchase transfers up to two days prior to their sail date.
Flight and Transfer Times:
To purchase Carnival's transportation service, your flight must arrive at San Francisco International Airport no later than 12:00 PM on the day of your cruise. Transfer service will start at 10:30 AM and run hourly to the port until 1:00 PM.
Transportation Instructions:
After collecting their luggage, guests should walk proceed to one of the meeting points listed below. Once there, a representative will escort guests to the pier transportation.
Meeting Points:
• Terminal 1 – Baggage Carousel 1
• Terminal 2 – Baggage Escalator
• Terminal 3 – Baggage Carousel 1
• International Arrival - Outside of the customs
Guests who arrive prior to their sail date must return to Terminal #1 Baggage Carousel #1 on the day of sailing, no later than 12:00 PM.
Transfers service is provided by Metro Shore Services. Should guests have questions regarding the transfer service, the transfer provider can be reached at the following contact number on the day of sailing only: +1 415-961-8473.
Guests who purchase their airfare tickets are required to provide flight information via Online Check-In when purchasing transfers services. Changes to flight details are the responsibility of the guest and must be entered into Online Check-In no later than two days prior to their cruise. Carnival is not responsible for providing transfers services to guests who schedule flights outside of the service times listed above or guests who provide incorrect flight information.
Conditions and Restrictions:
The vehicle operator is an independent contractor. Carnival assumes no liability for losses, damages, or injuries in connection with the use of the operator. Carnival reserves the right to discontinue transfer service at any time. Prices and acceptable flight times are subject to change without notice, and unused services are non-refundable.
