Accessibility: This tour can accommodate those with limited or no vision, limited or no hearing, and interpreters. Not recommended for those with mobility difficulties or guests using wheelchairs, as it includes uneven terrain with steps.
Requirements & Restrictions: Minimum age – 3 years. Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in the tour. Alcohol consumption or smoking is not allowed during the tour. The tour includes spaces with low light and/or narrow passages. Claustrophobic individuals should consider not taking this tour.
What to Bring: Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing & closed-toe or hiking shoes. Biodegradable sunscreen, cash or credit/debit card for additional purchases.
Good to Know: Walking over rocky terrain, a few steps, compacted dirt, grass and loose gravel portions may be encountered in the Cave. Tour sequence may vary. Drive to Arecibo from the port is approximately: 1-hour drive, each way.
