There's an elevator at the fort in case any guest has difficulty climbing the stairs or the ramp at the venue. Traffic in Old and New San Juan could get congested. Alternative routes are implemented whenever necessary. Tour sequence and length may vary based on traffic and local conditions. At the Hacienda Campo Rico's Traditional Farm, guests must be able to take steps to get to the restrooms.
