
The Santana Trail: This is widely considered the most scenic hike in St. Anthony, among a host of enviably pretty vistas. You will climb 476 stairs to the top of a mountain, where you will be rewarded with a mesmerizing view of the pristine Newfoundland coast and Atlantic Ocean. Continuing the loop, follow the gravel road back down to the village and from here walk back to the ship. This is an incredibly beautiful hike.
Requirements & Restrictions: This is an active excursion and guests must be physically fit to participate. Please be advised that it is strenuous as the walk is uphill, over unpaved, rough walking tracks with many steps. For safety reasons, this tour is not suitable for guests who use a wheelchair, have mobility limitations, or are blind or deaf. Guests must be able to board a motorcoach.
What to Bring: Wear comfortable walking shoes. Bring a light jacket, or sweater. Good to know: This tour operates rain or shine. All guests, including infants, must purchase ticket.
