As you wind your way through the square, you'll notice the many different architectural styles of the buildings, 18th and 19th century structures sit next to buildings that date back to the 15th and 16th centuries. Some of the sights you'll see include Town Hall, the medieval ruins of the convent of Santo Domingo, St. Mary's Church, Prazo do Teucro, Praza da Peregrina, Church of Saint Francisco, Lena Square and Parador de Pontevedra, a Renaissance palace. Then, you're free to shop the stores along Herreria Square or visit the Museum of Pontevedra, which houses a large collection of medieval art. At the appointed time, you'll board back onto your coach for the scenic ride back to your ship.
