Cloud 9 Spa Day Pass Prices

For guests who do not purchase a spa stateroom or suite but would like to use the Thermal Suites, Thalassotherapy Pool or large hot tub spa, we offer day passes and passes for the cruise duration A Thalassotherapy Pool is featured on Carnival Breeze, Carnival Dream, Carnival Luminosa, Carnival Magic and Carnival Splendor. A large hot tub spa is featured on Carnival Celebration, Carnival Horizon, Carnival Jubilee, Carnival Panorama, Carnival Vistaand Mardi Gras.

Passes for the cruise duration can be purchased on board at the Cloud 9 Spa or pre-purchased Staged by accessing 'Manage My Booking' from the Carnival.com home page. Daily passes can only be purchased on board at the Cloud 9 Spa.

Age Policy: Guests must be at least 18 years of age to receive body treatments or utilize spa facilities, as well as use of the Thermal Suites, Thalassotherapy Pool and large hot tub spa.

Cloud 9 Spa Exclusive Thermal Suites
An exclusive area within the spa, the Thermal Suites are dedicated relaxation zones with a variety of environments - whether you prefer to lounge in the dry heat or like a little soothing moisture in the air, finding that perfect temperature for relaxation is awesome.
Note: Thermal Suites are not featured on Carnival Elation, Carnival Firenze, Carnival Miracle, Carnival Paradise, Carnival Pride and Carnival Venezia.

Hydrotherapy Pool
Plunge into the therapeutic, warm mineral rich, sea water pool with hydrotherapy water jets inspired by the concept of a natural bubbling spring to loosen stiff and sore joints.

Cancellation/Refund Policies

For Staged cancellations that occur 7 full days or more prior to the sailing date, a full refund will automatically be posted to the form of payment that was used to pay for the spa treatment. This policy is effective regardless of whether or not the person who purchased the spa treatment is sailing. For credit card payments, it will take 7-10 business days for the credit to reflect on the credit card account.

No changes can be made within 7 days prior to sailing date (the 'cut-off date'). If you need to make changes after the cut-off date, you must wait until after boarding the ship and see the Spa Manager onboard in the spa. Once onboard, any refunds will be made to the Sail & Sign account of the spa order contact person's Sail & Sign account, not the original form of payment used to secure the Staged order. This applies even in the event that spa treatments were purchased as a gift by someone who is not sailing.

In the event of a cruise booking cancellation, a full refund will automatically be posted to the original form of payment used to pay for the spa treatment order. This is providing that the cancellation is prior to the 'cut-off date'. If the designated contact person on a spa order must cancel from their cruise booking, any remaining guests on the booking who are sailing would like to retain the spa order, a new contact person needs to be assigned. If a designated contact person cancels and does not reassign the responsibility, all of the associated spa orders will automatically cancel and be refunded.

Onboard Cancellation Policy: Please give us 24 hours notice before canceling your appointments or your Sail & Sign account will be subject to a 50% charge of the spa treatment cost.

Guests in Cloud 9 Spa accommodations have access to the spa and are eligible for exclusive spa packages and discounts (applicable to the first two-adults in each Cloud 9 stateroom). These staterooms and suites have additional in-room, spa-related amenities and decor different than other accommodations - in harmony with the soothing and relaxing theme of the Cloud 9 Spa.
